Experience and Dedication:

I have been working as a full time Realtor for over 28 years and it is my only profession. Many Real Estate Agents come and go or imagine they can do this as a second job. 

I am a managing real estate broker licensed with the State of Colorado, managing Home Town Real Estate of Canon City and I am active member of the Royal Gorge Association of Realtors.

I am a member of and past president of the Royal Gorge Association of Realtors and a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI). I keep up with rapidly advancing technology, equipment, and tools that can benefit my clients.

I continually invest in my business to provide you with the best service I can.

I have wonderful assistants. We work as one to do the best possible job possible!

Ethics:

I work on behalf of buyers and sellers and do not personally invest in real estate, eliminating inherent conflicts that can occur.

I am a member of and take seriously the regulations and ethics of both the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Colorado Association of Realtors (CAR).

I strive to keep buyers and sellers clear of dishonest transactions that only hurt everyone in the long run.

I work hard to help find the right house for you. I want you to be happy with what you move into. There are not many things more important than the place you live!

Knowledge and Skills:

I know housing and neighborhoods in Canon City and in Florence. There are few houses that I have not been in at least once and I have a knack for remembering what I have seen.

We develop accurate and reliable files and take care of your information the way you would expect of a professional.

We market property effectively utilizing quality photography, accurate descriptions, and good quality advertising on signs, flyers, print media, and the internet.

I have extensive knowledge of how loans, mortgages, appraisals, and inspections work in our local market.   This is where the "tire meets the road"!  When things don't go as planned, I find out where the problem is and take steps to correct it.
