Home Town Real Estate of Cañon City

This is our office! 

We are located at 1212 Main Street in Cañon City. We are directly across the street from the Cañon City Middle School (former high school). 

If you visit us you can park in front or in the back.

We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to noon and 1:00 to 5:00 PM and Saturday by appointment. 

We have computers, fax, copier, and lots of information for you if you ask!

We run all our computers off of Windows 7 and do our best to always have the best available hardware and software available to serve you.

We also have a separate file room to keep records. 

We keep the building locked when we're not here and we also have an alarm system to protect your information.

JoAnn's work station is set up with two monitors.  The second one is on that table and it is designed to enable customers to see what JoAnn is seeing which makes for effective cooperative property searching.  JoAnn is really good at helping customers narrow down the properties that fit their needs.  

This office has french doors that can be closed to enable private conversations to take place with the exception of Bryce (visible on her desk) who often listens in.... but since he can't talk, I guess it's not a problem.
