JoAnn was very knowledgeable about the real estate market and the community. Once we made an offer, she was very helpful with the closing, as well as procedures involving relocation assistance (i.e. New bank, post office number, etc.). We especially enjoyed a videotaped copy of our new home which came in handy when we were showing friends and family our new home.
